Terms of delivery

In Argoingshop, we know very well  delivery time is a very important factor for those who make online purchases, and this is why we work hard every day to speed up our shipping as much as possible: one of the advantages of shopping online is deliver the goods purchased directly at home, without the slightest inconvenience.

Fast shipping

So that customer satisfaction is maximum, therefore, deliveries must be fast, and our online store guarantees the shipment of the product within 48 hours for the goods in stock, from receipt of payment, which is made at the time of order confirmation. Only in the event that our stocks are finished, the total delivery time could be up to 15 to 30 days, so as to allow the central warehouse to refuel. In all cases, however, starting from the confirmation of the order fulfilment until the actual delivery, no more than 24 working hours will pass. In case of particular urgency, we advise our users to contact us before making the purchase, so as to have detailed information about the availability of the desired product in our warehouse, by calling 366-4868085, active from Monday to Friday, from 9am: 00 to 12:00 and, in the afternoon, from 14:30 to 17:30.

Only the best couriers

To ensure that a delivery and transport service for the products purchased is satisfactory, however, it is not enough to promise reduced time on your e-commerce pages. No, it is instead necessary to rely on punctual and reliable couriers, which make possible the continuous traceability of the shipment and that we know how to concretely respect the delivery times announced. For this reason, we at Argoingshop rely solely on couriers such as BRT, SDA, TNT and DHL: in this way, we are sure to always leave your purchases in good hands.

Shipping costs

Domestic, European and extra-European shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the goods purchased and the destination. For Italy, shipments on the national territory, in Sardinia, in Sicily and in Calabria are subject to a slight increase.

From 0 to 5 kilograms the cost of delivery is equal to 6.00 euros; in the case of shipments to Sardinia, Sicily and Calabria, however, the fare is € 7.50;

From 5.01 to 20 kilograms the cost of delivery is equal to 10.00 euros; in the case of shipments to Sardinia, Sicily and Calabria, the cost of shipping is € 15.00;

From 20,01 to 50 kilograms the cost of delivery is € 15.00; in the case of shipments to Sardinia, Sicily and Calabria, on the other hand, the fare is 22 euros;

From 50.01 to 100 kilograms the cost of delivery is € 22.00; in the case of shipments of the same weight in Sardinia, Sicily and Calabria, the cost of shipping is instead 27 euros;

From 100,01 to 200 kilograms the cost of delivery is € 44.00.

For all other European and non-European destinations, prices will be calculated from time to time.
